Asia Customer Service Representative
Job Description
This position is a primary point-of-contact with customers to maximize customer service efforts through prompt and efficient order handling, timely preparation of required order and shipment documents, and accurate billings to customer to contribute to the business strategy and profitability targets. In addition, the CSR for this position will be required to provide support to sales team to file issues and complaints reported by customers and also follow up on final response to customers. The position will also need to communicate with various functional teams and regional or global plants in daily operations.
