Job Description:

DXC Luxoft is looking for a senior Japanese Solution Lead to join our DXC Japan team. In this role you will focus on technology aspect of business development and projects execution with our customers - Japanese and international OEMs & Tier1s. You will work closely with other members of the Automotive Team from service delivery, product development and marketing sales areas.

• Work closely with DXC Luxoft Sales and Account Management team (SAM) to facilitate technology aspect of relationships with Japanese Automotive accounts including OEMs, Tier-1s, SOC vendors and others.

• Support SAM and Delivery teams in getting the right understanding of customer's technology. Stay up to date on latest offerings from DXC Luxoft solutions.

• Understand customers business needs and define an overlap with services that DXC Luxoft can provide in domains like Software Factory, In-Vehicle Infotainment, Autonomous Drive and Connected Mobility.

• Manage customer's technology expectations for specific opportunities.

• Lead and take active part in the proposal creation.

• Understand technology trends on the market and help defining Luxoft global solution's strategy in alignment with it. Provide suggestions to Global Solutions organization on possible adjustments of their offerings based on technology trends and customer's needs.

• Search for a partnership opportunity with companies on the market that would be a win-win for DXC Luxoft and a partner.

• Have a strong background in Automotive domains like Autonomous Drive, Connected Car, In-Vehicle infotainment. Have a good understanding of software solutions and standards used to power vehicle's electronics systems.

• Support SAM team in development and keeping up to date of business Plan and Account Development plan for each major customer.

• To ensures that proposal development and other opportunity-related activities are aligned to DXC Luxoft sales process and all format steps are implemented properly according this process.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Existing contact network in the industry is a big plus.

• Previous experience in participating at industry events on behalf of your organization; conducting speeches and other marketing events.

• Education: A degree in Computer Science / Electronics / Mechanical or Electrical

• 8+ years' experience in Automotive Solutions / Sales or Technical PreSales for Automotive OEM-s and TIER1-s.

• Working knowledge of modern automotive technologies such as SWF (Software Factory), IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment with focus on Digital Cockpit), ADAS, Autonomous Drive (AD) and Connected Mobility (CM).

• Good understanding of Automotive industry ecosystem.

• Experience of working in multi-cultural international environment.
