Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collect AI related requirements from internal or external departments and provide the analysis
- Participate in the High-level design
- Data collection and cleaning. The data can be PCAPs, Alarms, KPI, CDR, CHR, Logs etc
- Pre-train large foundation model with vast amount of collected data
- Fine-tune AI model based on the pre-trained foundation model and task-specific data
- Design and implement the API for AI model and applications
- Design and implement Web application that utilize the AI model
Requirements
- Business English and conversational Japanese (JLPT N3 or better preferred)
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, mechatronics or related technical field
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Science, ML, and/or AI, programming with Python or Java/C++
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Experience with pre-training large AI model and fine-tuning AI model for task-specific application
- Experience with ML, deep learning, Tensor Flow, Python, NLP
- Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns
- Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations
- Experience with Transformer/BERT/GPT Model
- Experience with Web application developed with Java/Nodejs
