THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
The Digital CRM Specialist will support the smooth execution of the brand’s digital marketing and CRM initiatives, with a primary focus on digital advertising, LINE, and @cosme operations.
This role requires close collaboration with the global team, advertising agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITY
Digital Advertising Operations
- Organize and coordinate digital assets with advertising agencies and media partners
- Support the preparation of materials for global approvals
- Manage the production process of various digital contents
- Handle purchase order (PO) issuance
- Coordinate the shipment of products and samples
- Support the creation of in-store operation manuals
LINE Operations
- Write, review, and proofread copy for LINE communications
- Set up and distribute LINE messages and LINE VOOM content
@cosme Operations
- Maintain the official brand account via CMS
- Coordinate logistics and arrangements for campaign applications
Approval & Market Intelligence
- Collect and organize information for approval materials
- Research and summarize industry and market trends

Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in brand business, preferably within the luxury or premium industry
- Experience in digital marketing, or a strong interest in the field
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and write in English for understanding global materials and email communication
