公共ビジネス開発本部は、公共領域（中央省庁・地方自治体・教育・NPO・公衆衛生・防衛）における事業開発を、公共営業、アライアンス、マーケティング、政策渉外、テクノロジーなどの各部門と連携し推進するチームです。現在、日本の公共セクターは大きな変革期にあり、官民共創による成長への機運が高まっています。当チームは、公共ビジネスの拡大に向け、政策提言、AIなどの技術を活用した大規模プロジェクトの組成、およびそれに必要な社内インフラ・制度の整備を主導し、官民連携の深化を通じたビジネス共創をリードします。
About Role
本ポジションは、担当領域における中長期的なビジネス開発を牽引するディレクター職です。社内各部門と密に連携しながら、国会議員、政府機関、主要自治体のキーパーソン、産学民のインフルエンサーとの戦略的関係を強化。営業やテクノロジー部門との協働により、AIをはじめとするSalesforceの最新テクノロジーを用いた行政DX（行政の生産性向上、住民サービスの高度化、新たな行政の付加価値の提供）および社会課題解決を推進するリーダーを求めます。また、イベント登壇や各種団体参加等を通じて、公共領域における当社のAIおよびクラウドのバリューを社内外へ発信する役割も期待されます。
Key Responsibilities
日本政府、中央省庁、地方自治体などのステークホルダーとの強固なリレーションを構築し、顧客のゴールに即した中長期的な公共ビジネス戦略を立案・推進する。 担当領域の責任者として、社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、政策提言からプロジェクト化、官民連携スキームの構築、マーケティング・広報活動までを一気通貫で実現する。
グローバルチームと緊密に連携し、海外の公共セクターにおける安全なAI活用等の先進事例やトレンドを国内へ導入するとともに、グローバルで実証された効果的なビジネスプロセスを日本市場へ移植・最適化する。
政府関係者に対してSalesforceのバリュー（特に信頼できるAIガバナンス）を明快に伝えるエバンジェリストとして機能する。また、外部団体活動への参画や協業を通じて、AIなどのテクノロジーを組み合わせた社会課題解決型のソリューションを提案し、産官学民の共創をリードすることで、大型案件（ビッグディール）の創出とビジネス拡大に貢献する。
政府の最新動向、政策トレンド、行政におけるAI・データ活用指針などを社内へタイムリーにフィードバックし、関係部門を巻き込んだ事業開発を支援する。
Preferred Qualifications
政府機関（中央省庁、地方自治体、国会議員・地方議員事務所等）での勤務経験
民間企業（特にIT・テクノロジー企業やコンサルティングファーム等）における公共営業、政策渉外、または事業開発の経験（3年以上）
デジタル庁幹部やデジタル政策（AI・データ活用政策等）を推進する国会議員など、政府・自治体のキーパーソンとの深いリレーション
新規ビジネスの立ち上げ、または事業開発を主導した実績
ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 900点以上、または1年以上の海外留学・勤務経験）
高いコミュニケーション能力（メディアへの寄稿、またはイベント・カンファレンスでの登壇経験）
AIおよびクラウドサービス全般に関する知識と、それらを活用したソリューション提案力
