Engineering Manager
This is a cutting-edge, technology-driven fintech company
Utilizing previous experience in organizational management, you will be responsible for the following roles and responsibilities
- Launching and driving management of a global engineering organization.
- Addressing both technical and organizational challenges during team expansion.
- Contributing to overall company performance by maximizing productivity and growth of the engineering organization with a focus on the next 3-5 years.
- Fostering mutual understanding between engineers and non-engineers to align towards company-wide optimization.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese languages.
- Extensive management experience with multinational engineering teams.
- Project management expertise grounded in backend development, with over 5 years of experience working with either Ruby on Rails or Java.
