Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, inspect, service, and improve semiconductor manufacturing gas systems and related equipment.
- Review specifications, verify capacity, coordinate connections, and manage construction activities for gas systems associated with new production equipment installations.
- Review and assess gas system capacity, layout, and safety requirements in connection with production capacity expansion, and propose improvements as needed.
- Investigate the root causes of equipment failures, implement temporary countermeasures, and develop and execute permanent corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Production Engineering, EHS, contractors, and other relevant departments and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience maintaining semiconductor manufacturing gas systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of and practical experience with semiconductor manufacturing gas systems.
- Experience coordinating facility-side activities for equipment installation, facility modification work, or production equipment start-up.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with related departments and contractors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the design, installation, maintenance management, or safety management of semiconductor manufacturing gas systems.
- Class C Chemical High-Pressure Gas Production Safety Manager certification, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Experience in facility management at a semiconductor factory, cleanroom, or manufacturing site.
- Experience with production equipment installation, capacity expansion projects, or equipment capacity evaluation.
- Basic English communication skills.
