MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Managers to join our team in Australia, Singapore, Japan, Philippines and Oahu Hawaii.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manages and directs the daily operations of facility infrastructure, ensuring all building systems, utilities, and life-support networks meet strict organizational safety, building code, and environmental standards.
  • Validate the execution of preventative maintenance schedules, authorize vendor contracts for specialized repair services, monitor the use of materials and human resources to achieve operational goals, and manage comprehensive technical assessments of building conditions to prioritize deferred maintenance or repair and maintenance initiatives (RMI).
  • Evaluate regional facility Status Reports to prioritize theaterwide maintenance coordination, oversee the documentation of overall maintenance activities, and implement process improvements to ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets.
  • Orchestrates facility project execution, real property maintenance, and minor construction workflows at key theater nodes and Special Operations Command Centers within the USPACOM AOR.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments, engineers, and local service providers to resolve complex infrastructure deficiencies, maintain continuous operational availability at forward-deployed locations, and align facility resource allocations with regional mission requirements.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

Senior Level

  • Bachelors Degree in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • Foundational professional certification in Facilities Management (e.g., IFMA FMP or ProFM).

Midlevel

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • Experience working with facility maintenance tracking databases or building automation controls

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in related discipline and 12+ years of relative experience.
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential.
  • Extensive experience managing forward operating facilities or OCONUS base operations for USSOCOM or USPACOM.

Clearance Required:

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
