We are seeking a talented individual to join Mercer Investments as Senior Sales. The role is based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

マーサー・インベストメンツ株式会社は、コンサルティング企業であるマーサーの資産運用部門の一員として、日本の投資家の皆様に委託運用サービスをご提供している資産運用会社です。

• マネージャー・リサーチ（運用会社リサーチ）においては、200名を超えるリサーチ担当者が、伝統資産からオルタナティブ資産に至るまで、7,000以上の運用会社における36,000以上の運用戦略をグローバルに網羅しています。委託運用サービスにおいては、このマネージャー・リサーチをもとに、複数のマネージャーおよび戦略を組み合わせたマネージャー・オブ・マネージャーによるソリューションのほか、シングル・マネージャー戦略を機関投資家に提供しています。
• また、マーサーのグローバル資本市場ならびに各資産クラスに関するリサーチ等の知見をもとに、幅広い資産クラスを網羅する長期的なストラテジック・アセット・アロケーション（SAA）に加え、中期的な投資環境を踏まえたダイナミック・アセット・アロケーション（DAA）を活用したソリューションも提供しています。本ポジションは、これらマーサーのグローバルプラットフォームを活用し、法人営業として日本国内の事業拡大をリードし、貢献いただきます。

【We will count on you to/主な業務内容】

• マーサーのマルチマネージャー商品とソリューションを、主に日本の金融機関（銀行、生命保険会社、損害保険会社、その他金融機関、政府系ファンド等）に紹介し、新規顧客からのマンデートの獲得と既存顧客に対して優れたサービシングを提供することを通し収益と運用資産の成長目標の達成を目指す。
• ターゲットクライアントとの強固で長期的な関係を構築し、信頼できるアドバイザーとして、マーサーのブランドを構築および強化する。さまざまな資産クラスにわたって重要な規模で複数のマンデートを長期的に獲得する。
• プロダクトスペシャリスト、ポートフォリオマネージャー、オペレーション、その他の関連する国内および海外の社内チームと協力し、既存のクライアントに高品質のクライアントサービスを提供する。
• 日本のウェルスビジネスリーダーと協働して、金融機関ビジネスの育成・成長に向けた短期・長期戦略を策定する。
