本ポジションでは、Immunology事業部を中心とする主要ステークホルダーに対し、信頼されるファイナンスパートナーとして、データに基づく洞察や財務分析を提供し、ビジネス上の重要な意思決定を支援いただきます。
従来のFP&A業務にとどまらず、ビジネスパフォーマンスの向上を支援し、投資判断やリソース配分に関する意思決定を財務面からサポートする重要な役割を担います。
About the Role
Financeチームの中核メンバーとして、事業部門およびクロスファンクショナルなステークホルダーと連携しながら、財務計画・予測・業績管理・財務分析を推進していただきます。
事業の財務状況を正確に把握し、成長機会やリスクを定量的に分析することで、ビジネスリーダーが適切な意思決定を行えるよう支援します。
また、データ分析、AI、デジタルツールなどを活用しながら、より高度なファイナンス機能の実現にも貢献いただきます。

シニアリーダーと日常的に協働しながら、客観的な財務分析やインサイトを提供し、データに基づいた意思決定を支援していただきます。
What You'll Do
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- 年次予算策定、フォーキャスト、長期計画策定をリードする
- 財務前提条件の妥当性・正確性を担保し、事業計画との整合性を確保する
- シナリオ分析を実施し、事業機会やリスクを定量的に評価する
Financial Analysis & Performance Management
- 売上、利益率、費用および主要な事業ドライバーを分析する
- 財務レポーティング、予実差異分析、業績分析を実施する
- データに基づく分析や財務モデリングを通じて意思決定を支援する
- 業績モニタリングを行い、リスクや改善機会を特定する
Business Partnering
- 事業部門に対して財務面でのアドバイスと分析支援を提供する
- ビジネス活動を財務インパクトや成果指標へ落とし込む
- 投資判断やリソース配分に関する意思決定を定量分析に基づき支援する
Financial Governance
- 財務数値の正確性、コンプライアンスおよび内部統制の維持を担保する
- 月次決算、引当計上、財務報告業務を支援する
- AccountingおよびFinance Operationsチームと協働し、高品質な財務ガバナンスを維持する

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner who is analytical, business-oriented, and collaborative based in our Tokyo office in Japan.
In this role, you will act as a trusted finance advisor to the Immunology Business Unit and other key stakeholders, providing data-driven insights that support business decisions, investment priorities, and sustainable growth. This position goes beyond traditional FP&A responsibilities and offers the opportunity to influence commercial performance, challenge assumptions, and drive strategic decision-making through financial expertise.
About the role
As a key member of the Finance organization, you will partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business insights.
You will play a critical role in helping the organization understand financial performance, identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize investments. By combining strong financial acumen with business understanding, you will support leadership teams in making informed decisions that maximize both business and patient value.
The role also offers an opportunity to help shape the future of Finance through the use of analytics, automation, AI-enabled insights, and data-driven decision-making.

You will regularly interact with senior leaders, providing objective financial insights and influencing decisions through data and analysis rather than formal authority.
What you'll do
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
- Ensure financial assumptions are accurate, robust, and aligned with business plans.
- Perform scenario modelling and quantify business opportunities and risks.
Financial Analysis & Performance Management
- Analyze sales performance, profitability, expenses, and key business drivers.
- Deliver accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights.
- Support decision-making through reliable financial modelling and data-driven analysis.
- Monitor business performance and identify financial risks and opportunities.
Business Partnering
- Partner with commercial stakeholders to provide financial guidance and analytical support.
- Translate business activities into financial implications and measurable outcomes.
- Support resource allocation and investment decisions through rigorous quantitative analysis.
Financial Governance
- Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls.
- Support month-end closing, accrual management, and financial reporting processes.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Finance Operations teams to maintain high-quality financial governance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Finance Business Partnering
- FP&A
- Commercial Finance
- Controlling
- or related finance functions
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and effectively communicating financial concepts to non-finance audiences.
- Business-level English proficiency / Fluent Japanese language skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Power BI, SAP, Anaplan, AI-enabled analytics, or similar planning and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting commercial organizations and business leadership teams.
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or digital finance transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes through automation and continuous improvement activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
