Account Executive - Financial Services Hybrid | Tokyo SASは、世界をリードするデータ分析・AI企業です。私たちのソフトウェアとサービスを通じて、世界中のお客様がデータをインテリジェンスに、疑問を答えに変えるお手伝いをしています。 柔軟性があり、やりがいのあるダイナミックなキャリアをお探しなら、ここがその答えです。私たちは、インクルーシブで意義ある企業文化と革新的なテクノロジーにより、Fast Company、Forbes、Newsweek などの世界的なメディアから高く評価されています。 ポジションについて [デジタル & ファイナンシャルサービス本部] では、[金融業界（銀行・証券・カード・信託）] を担当するアカウントエグゼクティブを募集しています。私たちのチームは、日本で40年以上にわたりお客様とともに歩んできたSASの信頼と実績を基盤に、AI・データ活用の最前線で金融業界の変革を支えるプロフェッショナル集団です。 分析プラットフォームの知識だけでなく、SASの業務ソリューション提案や金融業界向けトレーニングへの参加を通じて、銀行業務・コンサルテーションスキルを体系的に習得できます。 リスク管理、顧客分析、AML、不正検知など銀行の中核業務に直結するユースケースを自ら形にし、AEとしての強みを構築可能です。 CIOやIT部門だけでなく、各業務領域の責任者とも直接対話しながら、IT×ビジネス両面の知見を深めて成長できる環境です。 Account Executive - Financial Services として、あなたには以下を担当していただきます。 ・顧客のビジネスゴールもしくは課題を理解（掘り下げ）、プリセールス・コンサル部門と協同で提案内容を策定します。 ・担当の企業（主に大手企業）でビジネスを創出する際、アライアンスパートナーとのやり取りも必須になり、お互いの狙いが異なるケースが多々生じます。当ポジションでは、その狙いを調整して、顧客企業に対して、どのようにビジネス価値を提供していく調整力も必要となります。 ・主にデータを活用したリスク管理、不正・犯罪対策、マーケティングソリューション、それに関連する分析プラットフォーム、クラウドサービスの提案を行います。 ・数字周りのフォーキャストも実施します。 ・プリセールス、インサイドセールス、アカウントマネージャー、経営層と連携し、高収益が見込めるリードや戦略アカウントに迅速に対応します。 ・見積書、提案書、契約書を作成し、部門横断で連携して契約締結と納品スケジュールを確定します。 ・顧客満足度をフォローし、追加の収益機会を発掘しながら、長期的な関係構築を行います。 ・社内のアカウントプランニングツールや営業手法（BASE、Strategic Sellingなど）を活用し、パイプライン管理・予測・高成約見込みアカウントの特定を行います。 ・会社のマーケティング目標、業界動向、SAS製品の知識を活かし、顧客ニーズを評価して最適なソリューションを提案します。 ・高成長が見込めるアカウント向けのアクションプランを策定・実行し、テリトリー内での関係拡大を図ります。 ・組織の安全なソフトウェア開発の目標を支援するため、適用されるすべてのセキュリティポリシーおよびプロセスを遵守すること。 ・ 好奇心、情熱、誠実さ、そして責任感を大切にすること。これらは私たちの価値観であり、私たちのあらゆる行動に影響を与えています。 【 必須資格 】
