Description
* Develop, interpret, and apply financial principles for planning and oversight.
* Conduct technical analyses to assess current and future financial performance, and compile recommendations for financial plans, acquisitions, and operational forecasts.
* Conduct economic research on return rates, depreciation, capital needs, investments, and regulatory impacts.
* Additionally, forecast, monitor, and analyze revenues and profit/loss, supporting various forecasting and budgeting cycles.
* Independently investigate data discrepancies, collaborate with partners to enhance data quality, and generate assumptions for decision-making.
* Build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools, translating business inputs into financial assumptions and maintaining forecast models to anticipate business trends and outcomes.
Profile
* Bachelor's or undergraduate university degree
* Ability to conduct business in Japanese and English
* Experience in FP&A and budget planning
