As the HR Business Partner Manager you will be responsible for ensuring compliance standards of Human Resources are adhered to regarding employment records, data management, policy and procedure and applicable employment reporting requirements for K2 Partnering Solutions globally. This role reports to the Director of People Operation and as part of your function you will be directly responsible for regional execution and managing the HR member in the region:
Responsibilities
Management of all employment related documentation (such as contracts, promotions, performance improvement letters, warnings, etc) to include the update and compliance of all User Employment records
Working with region’s HR to ensure consistent and effective on and off boarding of employees (background checks, employment contracts, review of corporate policies, employee handbook, setup with payroll and HR system, preparation of exit documents and exit interviews)
Ongoing administration of HR data (promotions, sickness, holiday allocation, absences, personal details changes) in our HR system and with relevant external providers
Monthly preparation and administration of payroll and main point of contact with payroll providers
Development and maintenance of HR related policies and training on / communication of them
Acting as Health and Safety officer and ensuring compliance across the region
Acting as the main central point of contact for anything Compliance HR related , acting as person of confidentiality for our employees
Updating employment contracts and Employee Handbooks
Maintenance of organizational charts for all global entities
Liaison with other departments (legal, finance)
Issue of reference letters for leavers
Main point of contact for resolving of Global employee grievances.
Maintenance and review of employee benefits programs and recommendation of new benefits.
Management of Employee Engagement/Office Events
Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable legal human resource requirements;
Carrying out of investigations where there are complaints; representation of the organisation at hearings where necessary
Work with the Finance team regarding the accrual for HR related costs
Other duties related to Compliance HR projects as assigned
Requirements & skills
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years work experience in a similar HR function
Strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, must be hands on and proficient with IT systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Fluent in English and Japanese
