[ Your Mission ]
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media marketing, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of influencer culture on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. This role will focus on building and maintaining partnerships with influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.
This role requires working 3 days a week from our Tokyo office in the Shinjuku neighborhood.
[ Your Responsibilities ]
- Partnership Management: Develop and nurture relationships with influencers across various verticals to align with our brand values and marketing objectives.
- Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop influencer marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and achieve campaign goals.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to co-create engaging and authentic content that showcases our brand in a positive light.
- Activation Planning: Plan and execute influencer activations, including product launches, sponsored content, giveaways, and events.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with influencers, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
[ Your Qualifications ]
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, and/or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms, including trends, features, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Location: The candidate must be already based in Japan.
