As an IT Infra - NW Lead, you will lead network infrastructure services for Japanese and foreign companies, working with customers and stakeholders across network operations, maintenance, transition, design, and construction.
Job Responsibilities
- Transfer of network operations for Japanese and foreign companies.
- Network operation and maintenance for Japanese and foreign companies, including inquiry response, fault response, change handling, routine tasks, and operational support.
- Network design and construction for Japanese and foreign companies based on client needs.
- Communicate with various stakeholders at the project level.
- Support the management and operation of network infrastructure directly linked to customers’ businesses.
- Lead the technical aspects of existing services, business support, operation transfer, and construction while communicating with customers.
- In the future, be involved in services other than networks, such as cloud, devices, authentication, and security.
- The role requires strong experience in network operations or construction leadership, documentation, stakeholder communication, and hands-on knowledge of multiple network products.
Requirements
Registration Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a network operations leader or network construction leader
- Experience creating construction and operation documents (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Communication skills (coordination with vendors and customers via email, telephone, etc.)
- Understanding and experience in operation and construction of multiple products from Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in network design, construction, operation design, and migration
- Experience in network design, construction, and migration related to AWS or Azure cloud
- Ability to build good relationships with customers and teams
- Interest in a wide range of technologies and services and the ability to grow continuously
- Ability to accept diverse cultures and ways of thinking
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent (Ability to communicate complex business issues accurately and smoothly both orally and in writing)
- English: Basic business level (Ability to handle basic business communication and simple exchanges using translation tools, etc.)
