It plays a crucial role within the Commerce & Marketing Company.

Department Overview

Our service, ""Rakuten 24 Express,"" is a direct-to-consumer business where Rakuten selects and procures products from national manufacturers and handles everything from marketing and sales to shipping and customer support.
This position will be within the FMCG Planning Department, where you will belong to a team responsible for practical operations related to store management and procurement management, including product page maintenance, customer inquiries, and ordering.

Position Details

This is a key position within the team responsible for store operations and procurement management in Rakuten 24 Express's direct sales business. Beyond simply performing operations, you will lead the "establishment of operational systems" and "improvement of business efficiency" for this rapidly expanding business.
Main Responsibilities
1. Product Information, Inventory, and Pricing Management: Centralized management of product information for store operations, from creating and updating product pages to setting up promotions and managing inventory status.
2. Procurement and Ordering Operations: Maintaining a stable supply system through product ordering, delivery date management, and smooth collaboration with suppliers.
3. Store Operation Support and Customer Service: Leading customer inquiries and maximizing customer satisfaction through operational support.
4. Team Management and Progress Management: Task management and progress management for approximately 6 assistant members.
5. Operation Improvement and Efficiency Improvement: Optimizing workflows, developing manuals, and building operational systems in collaboration with relevant departments.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Experience in e-commerce store management or e-commerce consulting (3 years or more)
- Practical experience in product management, order management, and customer service

- Data aggregation and reporting skills using Excel/PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience operating e-commerce marketplaces such as Rakuten Market, Amazon, and Yahoo! Shopping.
