MAIN TASKS

  • Monitoring and control of equipment needs according the planned projects (Japan)
  • Planning and scheduling of Installation tool sets for projects and major component replacement
  • Preparing installation equipment for Return to the HQ (Germany or local storage)
  • Maintenance of module- and parts lists
  • Checking / Maintenance of INST Equipment
  • Support in the introduction / selection of tools
  • Monitoring the use of the prescribed equipment
  • Reporting Central Equipment Management
  • Interface between planning / logistics / materials management / project team / customer
  • Initiation of transports in cooperation with the logistic coordinator
  • Correspondence with the responsible region/countries
  • Initiate local sourcing in Japan in cooperation with the global procurement
  • Responsible for monitoring and compliance of ATA Carnets in home country.
  • Responsible for monitoring and compliance of returning INST Equipment to Germany
  • Prepare list for billing of installation equipment rent
  • Technical contact person for requests of a subcontractor/customer in home country for equipment topics
  • Local management of reorders
  • Purchase and manage the allocation of the special equipment’s required by law to some specific tasks
  • Organization of local inventories/maintenance and container refilling
  • Controlling maintenance and handover of equipment on construction sites


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 – 5 years of profesional experience
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • MS-Office, SAP, Lotus Notes knowledge
  • Technical understanding
