About the role
A customer support role within the FX/CFD industry focused on assisting Japanese-speaking clients throughout their trading journey. The position involves account support, platform guidance, back-office assistance, technical troubleshooting, and coordination with internal departments to ensure an excellent client experience. With each submisssion specify if the candidate would be open to moving to Cyprus for period of 3 months (travel and accommodation covered). This is now mandatory requirement Customer support + FX/CFD trading platforms + Japanese-speaking clients.
What we are looking for
- Native Japanese and fluent in English (B2+)
- University or College degree
- Previous call center experience will be considered as an advantage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Computer literate with MS Office and CRM systems
- Based in Japan with ability to move for 3 mo period to Cyprus for the training
