DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Marketing Manager and contribute to meaningful impact on a global scale. You'll develop strategic marketing initiatives that enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this role, you'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels while partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You'll analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to create compelling campaigns that drive growth and strengthen our market position. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and solutions while contributing to scientific advancement and innovation.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 8 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 10 years of experience in Japan, with demonstrated success in B2B marketing (Industrial, Electronic, Life-science industries)
• Experience developing and executing marketing programs that contribute directly to sales pipeline and revenue growth
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing marketing professionals to achieve individual and team objectives
• Expertise in digital marketing platforms and CRM systems
• Proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans and drive their implementation
• Experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets to maximize ROI
• Excellence in project management and cross-functional team collaboration
• Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities
• Ability to lead teams through organizational and business process changes, fostering engagement, adaptability, and successful adoption of new ways of working
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager)
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear marketing messages
• Knowledge of global marketing best practices and regulations
• Travel may be required up to 25%
• Fluency in English required; additional languages welcomed
