Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze based on KPIs and operational performance data to organize and provide the information necessary for decision-making
- Gain a cross-sectional understanding of the entire service, Providing materials for decision-making regarding project priorities and resource allocation
- Managing and controlling the implementation status of improvement themes, PoCs, and derivative projects
- Designing governance models in service management and promoting continuous improvement
- Analyzing issues and risks, Implement improvement proposals based on prioritization and return on investment
- Prepare management reports integrating quality, cost, risk, and improvement

- Manage quality indicators (KPI/KGI), Quality review management and follow-up on improvement plans

Job Qualifications:
- Project management experience as a PM or PMO
- Experience in issue management, risk management, regular operations, and preparing management reports
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders such as customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors
- Proactively identifying challenges, Ability to execute and carry forward with stakeholders to the end.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge or practical experience in ITSM/ITIL
- Experience in quality control (QA, review, promotion of standardization)
- Experience in KPI/KGI design and improvement activities in operational services
- Experience in infrastructure operation, cloud operation, and application operation projects
Languages Required: Fluent level Japanese and Business level English.
