As a Lead Software Developer, You will be responsible for programming feature and or a small feature set. You will contribute and work with direction from the Senior Team Members but works independently. You will be implementing solutions that are aligned with & extend shared platform solutions.

As a Lead Software Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing high performing, scaling and innovative end-to-end web applications
• Writing codes that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
• Understanding performance parameters and assess application performance
• Working on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using language of choice.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be a graduate with 12 plus years experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java 8 and Spring Boot.
• Be proficient in RESTful API development and integration.
• Have strong understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Have experience with version control using Git.
• BE familiar with Linux operating systems.
• Have solid understanding and experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills..
