職務内容:

・本ポジションは、工具/機材や部品倉庫、ロジスティックセンターの運営を担当します。

・棚卸資産の管理、工具の保守、投資計画を含みます。他チームと連携し、納期、品質、安全と健康ほかに注力し、サービスを遂行します。

プロジェクトマネージャ、Logistic Expertと連携して部品の出荷、梱包、輸出入を担当します。

工具/機材の保守、および必要により関係官公庁への報告、手続き等を実施します。

安全在庫管理、倉庫計画、品質管理、定期棚卸の実施など棚卸資産の管理を担当します。

Operationチーム、EngineeringSCM(調達)IQC(受入検査)と連携して在庫管理システムを構築します。

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the management of tools/equipment, warehouse and logistic center including inventory management, maintenance of tools, capex planning as well as coordination with all teams for service execution, focus on delivery, quality, Health and Safety etc.
  • You will be responsible for delivery, packing, import/export the material coordinating with project manager and logistic expert.
  • You will be responsible for maintain the tools, service equipment as well as report to authority when required.
  • You will be responsible for managing inventory, such as safety stock management, warehouse planning, quality management, periodical audit of physical inventory and necessary procedure.
  • You will be responsible to build inventory management system coordinating with operation, engineering, SCM and IQC.

Your background:

  • Degree/master’s required: Bachelor or above in Engineering and/or Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
  • Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese in both spoken & and written, other advantage.
