Key Accountabilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of end-to-end FB Division operations to ensure the seamless delivery of premium guest experiences.
- Master and implement luxury service best practices to consistently exceed guest expectations, focusing on meticulous attention to detail, bespoke service, and precise, timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Division teams to deliver targeted training, team motivation, and operational support, fostering a positive, high-performing work environment and upholding rigorous service standards.
- Enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty through proactive guest engagement, addressing feedback and service concerns with a solutions-focused approach and driving continuous improvement.
- Participate in daily operational briefings and reviews, ensuring full team alignment on personalized preferences and service expectations to create memorable luxury guest experiences.
- Assist in the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns within Sales&Marketing Division, helping to drive product visibility, guest engagement, and repeat guest retention.
- Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives, identifying industry trends and optimization opportunities, and supporting strategy rollout to elevate overall FB Division performance.
General Requirements
- Must hold a valid Japanese passport.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interest in the Food & Beverage industry.
