Manager Brand Communications, Brand Marketing, adidas Golf Marketing - Brand Activation

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To manage in-house designer and each creative / production agency in efficient way.

To support all APAC markets through delivering marketing materials, as APAC region’s head office."

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans for the marketing communication concepts and messages.
  • Develop all marketing creatives alignment with global adidas creative direction for digital, retail and event, with collaborating with creative agency, in-house designer and vendors.
  • Plan and develop brand presentation space in strategic doors based on adidas fixture regulations.
  • Ensure efficient execution of plans within the scope of the allocated OPEX, MWB and CAPEX budgets.
  • Work closely with Carlsbad Golf HQ to plan adaptation and localization for global creative, and report background and entire process of the local own creative.
  • Responsible to manage and supervise regarding marketing assets and deliver all marketing assets for APAC market to each market.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the in-store activities and report the situation to the responsible team and relevant functions.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of our competitors' activities vis-à-vis the responsible account and report what is happening to the responsible team and relevant functions.
  • Attend the meetings held by adidas Golf Head Office in Carlsbad to report the status of the responsible field and make sure that the details discussed are reflected in the next season's plan
  • Promptly seek guidance from the supervisor and respond in a sincere manner in the event of any issue associated with specific business matters

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
