What you will do
The Supply Deliver Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse workflow, assigning projects, evaluating resource allocation, reviewing and approving invoices for service, examining reports on periodic inventory, collaborating with other relevant departments, establishing department goals and metrics, and monitoring department budget and adherence to cost controls:
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Manage and optimize the delivery of goods and services to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals
• Develop and implement strategic programs for supply chain management, warehousing, and transportation in the regional delivery organization.
• Optimize distribution and build digital delivery capabilities by deploying end-to-end best practices.
• Lead project management for delivery by integrating project agendas with end-to-end supply chain and stakeholders.
• Create new digital processes and system solutions to increase transparency in cost structures and identify performance improvement opportunities for local distribution operations teams.
• Identify best practices for performance management and share them through forums.
• Proactively address customer order profile opportunities and develop improvement plans with local distribution operations and customer service teams.
• Orchestrate delivery operational performance, failure mode analysis, analytics, and continuous improvement.
• Run cost improvement programs engine, including project management office, ideation processes, and resources to support project management.
• Prepare for key governance and stakeholder sessions in support of the regional delivery leader.
• Drive on-time in-full delivery and distribution analytics to improve customer service.
• Collaborate with end-to-end supply chain to align overall portfolio.
• Lead a team of project managers and analysts to achieve high performance.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management.
• University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
Desired Qualifications
• Expertise in PMO and project management.
• Expertise in analytics.
• Proven track record of developing and building diverse, high-performance teams with a strong sense of mission.
• Ability to promote a vision and drive change to transform organizations via strong engagement/communication.
• Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships internally and externally with customer focus.
• Experience leading project management organizations and driving significant scope and complex cost improvement programs.
• Experience in analytics roles or projects requiring significant data complexity.
• Presence and persistence to face off with and be a challenge partner to business leaders.
