-Annual operating budget ownership for washing center operations

-New washing center opening project leadership

-RPC engineering and automation implementation

-Safety, zero-hazard culture, and food safety management

-Develop and manage the annual operating expense (OPEX) budget for Operations across Japan.

-Establish productivity and operational efficiency targets for Japan's service center network, driving aggressive cost optimization initiatives aligned with the company's long-term strategic plan.

-Lead and develop a team of 100+ direct and indirect employees, fostering a high-performance culture through goal setting, coaching, succession planning, and talent development, including the new IFCO-owned Service Center.

-Build and lead an Engineering Support function to drive the successful deployment of network automation, facility expansion, and capital investment projects.

-Execute workforce optimization and productivity improvement initiatives associated with the rollout of network automation.

- Lead the implementation and governance of a network-wide Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to improve preventive maintenance compliance, equipment reliability, asset utilization, and operational accountability.

-Partner with the Quality team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, ensure label compliance, and reduce customer complaints.

-Collaborate cross-functionally with Transportation, Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Customer Service teams to identify and execute network optimization opportunities.

- Coach, mentor, and develop direct and indirect team members to build organizational capability, strengthen the leadership pipeline, and support employee growth and engagement.
