Description
* Develop and implement marketing strategies for electricity and gas services.
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs and new business opportunities.
* Plan and execute promotional activities to boost brand recognition and business growth.
* Utilize digital marketing trends for effective online and offline campaigns.
* Collaborate with other services within the company for integrated promotions.
* Manage and optimize relationships with advertising agencies.
* Improve UI/UX and optimize conversion rates through CRM, LPO, EFO, and growth hacking techniques.
* Implement SEO and SEM strategies and develop new marketing channels.
* Set KPIs, analyze performance, and propose improvements.
* Coordinate and negotiate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Profile
* Over 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management.
* Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
* Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing.
* Proficient in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau, with experience in SQL for big data analysis.
Preferred but not must
* Experience in the electricity or gas industry.
* Experience with advertising agency direction or work.
* Experience in landing page optimization and A/B testing.
* MBA or marketing-related qualifications.
* Business-level English proficiency.
