Job Qualification:

• Knowledge of mechanical design, material mechanics, fluid mechanics, various CAE technologies, various materials, and basic knowledge of surface treatment and processing methods.
• Ability to manage quality, cost, and development plans in development.
• Ability to decompose the cause of problems that arise, define them as issues, and solve them.

Preferred Skills:

• Quality engineering (Taguchi method, fundamentals of statistics)
• Experience in business model creation
• A spirit of inquiry that delves into the essence and origins based on fundamental principles
