As an Application operation & Maintenance support (AMS) for SAP commerce Cloud Project, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of the e-commerce project
You will provide technical support, resolve issues, and contribute to the enhancement of the platform to meet business requirements and improve user experience.

Main job content:
Familiarity with Java/Kotlin for Android development and Swift/Objective-C for iOS development
Experience with cross-platform development frameworks such as SwiftUI, Xcode, Flutter, or Jetpack Compose is a plus
Perform integration of mobile applications with SAP Commerce Cloud services, including product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and checkout processes
Design, develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms as part of change requests
Work with designers to implement user interfaces that adhere to platform-specific design guidelines (Material Design for Android and Human Interface Guidelines for iOS)
Perform integration of mobile applications with backend services, APIs, and third-party/in-house libraries
Optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness to provide a smooth user experience
Write unit tests, perform integration tests, and debug issues to ensure the reliability and stability of mobile applications
Use version control systems like Git to manage codebases and collaborate with team members
Leverage platform-specific features and capabilities such as push notifications, geolocation, cameras, sensors, etc
Implement security best practices to protect user data and prevent security vulnerabilities
Create technical documentation such as app architecture, API documentation, and development guidelines
Stay on top of the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technology
Ability to analyze requirements, suggest solutions, and independently troubleshoot issues
Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support, including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause identification, and problem resolution
Follow standard procedures for appropriately escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team
Manage comprehensive documentation of settings, processes, and procedures for your e-commerce platform. Keep documentation up-to-date to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure standards compliance
Provide training and knowledge to users and support team members on how to use the e-commerce platform effectively, troubleshoot common issues, and implement best practices
Holder of a bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution or an equivalent overseas bachelor's degree
Experience using SQL commands, practical experience managing data in a cloud environment
Those who can respond flexibly to shift work
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, technology, and best practices
Be proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing resolutions
Experience with ITIL processes
Those who are fluent in Japanese and have business-level English skills
Able to work independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
Highly skilled in communicating and coordinating with customers
Strong experience and understanding of various software development lifecycle models and phases
