Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Leader in planning and executing development activities.
  • Create feature overviews, functional specifications, and implementation documentation.
  • Manage implementation progress and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with programmers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Set up and maintain game policy/configuration data.
  • Participate in planning new game features and live events.
  • Analyze live service KPIs and drive continuous improvements through the PDCA cycle.
  • Support service maintenance, content updates, and release management.
  • Work on Unity-based projects focused primarily on the Japanese market.

Job Qualification:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Development Planner for smartphone/mobile games.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience creating functional specifications and planning documentation.
  • Experience managing specifications through implementation.
  • Strong communication skills with programmers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Business-level Japanese communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing, building, and operating network infrastructure (5 years or more)
  • Experience in network design and troubleshooting using VPN/VLAN
  • Practical understanding including troubleshooting L2-L4 layers
  • Experience in collaborating with relevant departments (development and operations) to drive problem-solving.

Language proficiency: Business Level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business Level English
