SAP S/4HANA AMS Service Delivery Manager

Job Qualification:

• SAP S/4HANA AMS experience: Practical experience in application operation and maintenance, incident response, issue management, user support, and change response in SAP S/4HANA environments. Experience working in AMS systems at large or global companies is preferred.
• Expertise in R2R and/or P2D Domains: Having practical SAP experience in R2R and/or P2D domains. As a guideline, it is desirable to have at least 7 years of SAP functional experience in your assigned area.
• Hands-on Capabilities at L2/L3 Level: In SAP AMS, you must be able to conduct L2/L3 level failure analysis, cause investigation, solution consideration, configuration checks, data verification, and user explanations yourself.
• Experience Collaborating with Offshore Teams: Experience working regularly with offshore AMS teams in India and other countries. Experience in ticket explanation, requirements communication, Q&A, meeting management, deliverables review, and quality assurance in English is required.
• Japanese User Support: Able to communicate smoothly in Japanese with Japanese business users, IT departments, and project stakeholders.
• Understanding ITSM Processes: Understand the basics of ITSM processes such as incident management, issue management, change management, and request management.

Required Qualification:

• Candidates with the following experience are welcome.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA global rollout or domestic expansion in Japan
• Experience with SAP AMS or implementation projects in manufacturing
• Experience in financial closing, accounting coordination, and financial reporting in the R2R domain
• Experience in production, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and shipping in the P2D domain
• Experience in bridge SE, Functional Lead, and AMS Lead in both Japan and overseas AMS teams
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Experience in creating RCA reports, improvement proposals, and operational KPI reports
• Experience in user training, FAQ, knowledge articles, and operating procedure creation
• Knowledge of integration with related modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, QM, etc.

Language Skills: Native level Japanese and Business level English
