Operations Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee the daily operations of our recruitment business while driving client acquisition and managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities. This hybrid leadership role combines operational excellence, business development, and hands-on recruitment to support the company's growth objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Implement and improve operational processes and workflows.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Support marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, recruitment, business development, or a related function.
- Previous experience within a staffing or recruitment agency is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS and CRM platforms.
