Your team
You will join the Operations team in Japan, supporting both UBS SuMi TRUST Wealth Management Co., Ltd. and UBS Securities Japan Co., Ltd.
The team is responsible for:
•Settlement of international securities (equities, bonds, and funds) & banking products
•Cash transfers and transaction processing related to client accounts
The team handles both standardized and complex transactions, working closely with internal business partners and external counterparties to ensure accurate execution and strong risk management.
Your expertise
•Motivated professional with strong analytical and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and flexibly
•Good understanding of operational risk, controls, and escalation processes
•Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset in both Japanese and English
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams
•Experience in securities settlement, operations, or financial services (preferred)
