Oracle Specialist

Annual salary: 23 Million yen and above

Job Description:

• A major migration to Oracle Alloy is being planned by the end client of a leading Japanese SIer, and a large-scale Proof of Concept (PoC) is scheduled as a preliminary phase of the initiative.
• The SIer currently lacks sufficient Oracle expertise and is seeking experienced professionals who can help establish the project team and provide technical leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate with executive management in both Japanese and English
• Experience participating in Oracle Database and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration projects
• Capable of providing not only technical expertise but also process improvement and optimization recommendations
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building and implementing Oracle Alloy environments
• Knowledge and practical experience equivalent to Oracle Master Gold certification level
• Former Oracle employee or equivalent background in Oracle technologies and consulting experience

Language Skills - Business level Japanese (N3 & above) and Conversational Level English
