Annual salary: 9.5 Million yen and above

Job Description:

• Serve as the Application Team Lead for an internal SAP Clean Core project at a major IT services company.
• Drive the development and review framework centered on key ERP modules such as FI/CO/SD/MM/PP.
• Participate in advance initiatives including Fiori Launchpad implementation, WebGUI-based UI modernization, and application-side infrastructure architecture changes.
• Oversee development and testing teams while managing project progress and issues in collaboration with internal employees.

Job Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in SAP implementation and development projects (ECC, S/4HANA, etc.)
• Fundamental knowledge of ERP application modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, etc.)
• Project management and team management experience
• Experience with or knowledge of SAP Clean Core

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of SAP BASIS areas (infrastructure, authentication, operations, etc.)
• ABAP add-on development experience
• Knowledge of Fiori-related UI/UX

Language Skills - Business level Japanese (N3 & above) and Elementary Level English (Not Mandatory)
