Job Description Summary

Coordinate and arrange on-time shipments to customers in accordance with order requirements. Serve as the site focal contact with Global PSI, inter-plant teams, regional OTR, Distribution Centers, and Global S&OP to meet PSI and revenue targets. Ensure that accurate shipment dates are visible and effectively monitored for each customer.

Job Description

職務内容(Key Responsibilities)

  • 四半期ごとのPSIおよび売上目標達成に向けて、関連部門(製造、OTR、サプライチェーン等)と連携し、受注の100%充足および納期遵守を実現する

  • 工場におけるOEC製品の受注受付窓口として国内外の拠点(OTR)と連携し、日常的なコミュニケーションをリードする

  • 受注要件、製品構成、各国の規制要件、顧客からの変更、資材供給状況、生産進捗を総合的に判断し、優先順位付けおよび生産計画への反映を行う

  • 生産計画および資材供給と連動した受注充足状況の可視化およびモニタリングを行い、問題発生時には根本原因分析を実施し、適切な対策を推進する

  • 完成品(OEC)の国内・輸出出荷手配および必要書類の確認・管理を行う

  • 納期遵守率(FRSD / OTD)向上に向けた改善活動をリードする

  • Leanの考え方に基づき、部門横断プロセスの効率化、標準化およびマニュアル整備を推進し、業務品質と生産性の向上を図る

  • 予測精度向上および業務効率化のための仕組みやツールの構築・改善を推進する(Kaizen活動の推進)

  • 棚卸業務の実施および在庫精度の維持・改善を行う

  • 派遣社員を含むチームメンバーへの日常的な指導・業務サポートを行う

  • GEヘルスケアの品質方針、品質マネジメントシステムおよび関連法規制を遵守する

応募資格(Required Qualifications)

  • 学士号以上

  • 製造業における受注管理、マスタープランニング、資材供給、ロジスティクス、またはサプライチェーンマネジメント領域での豊富な実務経験

  • 英語:ビジネスレベル(読み書きおよび会話)/日本語:ネイティブレベル

  • MRP/ERPの使用経験、およびMicrosoft Officeスキル(Excel、PowerPoint等)

  • クロスファンクショナルな環境での業務経験、および社内外(国内外)との良好な関係構築力

  • 課題を特定し、解決までチームをリードできるリーダーシップと問題解決力

  • 会社目標達成に向けた計画立案力および実行力、ならびに関係者を巻き込む高いコミュニケーション力

  • チーム目標達成に貢献してきた実績(高い個人成果)

  • デジタル領域に関する基礎的な知識

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, OTR, Supply Chain, etc.) to achieve quarterly PSI and revenue targets, ensuring 100% order fulfillment and on-time delivery

  • Act as the primary point of contact for OEC product order management at the plant, leading daily communication with both domestic and international sites (OTR)

  • Evaluate order requirements, product configurations, country-specific regulatory requirements, customer changes, material availability, and production status to set priorities and align them with production plans

  • Ensure visibility and monitoring of order fulfillment status in alignment with production and material supply, and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions when issues arise

  • Coordinate domestic and export shipments of finished OEC products, including verification and management of required documentation

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance (FRSD / OTD)

  • Drive cross-functional process efficiency, standardization, and documentation in line with Lean principles to improve quality and productivity

  • Develop and improve tools and processes to enhance forecast accuracy and operational efficiency (Kaizen initiatives)

  • Conduct inventory activities and maintain/improve inventory accuracy

  • Provide day-to-day guidance and operational support to team members, including contractors

  • Ensure compliance with GE HealthCare Quality Policy, Quality Management System, and applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Extensive experience in order management, master planning, material supply, logistics, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
  • Business-level proficiency in English (written and spoken) and native-level proficiency in Japanese
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (both domestic and international)
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and lead teams through resolution
  • Strong planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive company goals through effective communication and stakeholder alignment
  • Proven track record of strong individual contributions toward achieving team objectives
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools and technologies
