You are an accomplished engineer with deep expertise in digital implementation, particularly backend processes such as place & route. You thrive in fast-paced environments where advanced technology nodes (N3/N5/N7) are the norm, and your proficiency in these areas sets you apart as a technical leader. Your analytical mindset allows you to solve complex challenges, optimize workflows, and deliver innovative solutions that drive success for both your team and customers. You are a native Japanese speaker or possess Japanese N2 language proficiency, enabling seamless communication and collaboration within the local market. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading technical engagements with customers on digital implementation projects, focusing on backend place & route processes.
- Providing expert guidance and hands-on support for advanced technology nodes (N3/N5/N7), addressing challenges and optimizing performance.
- Collaborating with internal R&D and product teams to influence tool development and feature enhancement based on customer feedback.
- Developing and delivering technical presentations, training sessions, and documentation in Japanese for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting complex implementation issues and proposing innovative solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, and contributing to best practices within the organization.

- Extensive experience in digital implementation, specifically backend place & route methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced technology nodes (N3/N5/N7) and their associated challenges.
- Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools for digital design and implementation.
- Native Japanese speaker or Japanese N2 language proficiency (mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
