Job Description

The world of work is one of the most pressing issues that business leaders face today and, as the defining enterprise platform of the 21st century, ServiceNow is poised to be the platform of choice to tackle this critical imperative. But we will not do it without a robust partner ecosystem leading partner offerings and solutions and that’s exactly where this role comes into play.


We are looking for a highly motivated partner sales and business operations professional to support our growing Global Partnerships & Channels (GPC) sales team in efforts to accelerate and scale the growth of our partner business. You will be joining a fast-paced, high-growth organization that is delivering against one of ServiceNow’s biggest priorities.


Primary Focus



  • Drive Executive & Cross-Functional Alignment on Partner Readiness for Product Release Updates.

  • Ensure proper Partner capacity is trained in product updates.

  • Develop Partner selection strategy & capacity planning for key product areas.

  • Act as a conduit across Alliances & Channels org on Partner Practice Strategy 

  • Assess Partner feedback on overall release readiness & make it easy for Partners to stay up to date with product releases.

  • Oversee practice gap prioritization strategy



Qualifications

  • Professional experience in sales, strategy, business development, or partner management is good to have.

  • Ability to engage stakeholders, provide clear communications of strategy, and active listening to determine partner needs and issues to assist in refining ongoing strategy and engagement.

  • Strong business experience and history of developing business plans, territory development, or strategic analysis. 

  • Exceptional presentation skills are needed and comfort with communications to senior level partner personae.
