  • Support enterprise Power Platform migrations by working with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI in large-scale migration projects.
  • Collaborate with Japanese and global stakeholders to coordinate migration activities, validate solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Build expertise in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform while gaining hands-on experience with tenant migrations, governance, and enterprise cloud environments.

Annual Salary: 6 Million Yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support migration assessment and planning for Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI workspaces.
  • Assist in identifying application/workflow/report dependencies, ownership, environment details, connectors, data sources, and migration considerations.
  • Coordinate with customer-side stakeholders, internal team members, and the backend migration support team to execute migration-related tasks.
  • Support validation after migration, including basic functional checks, access checks, and issue tracking.
  • Document migration status, risks, issues, and action items clearly in English and/or Japanese as required.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders and escalate blockers in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications:

  • Hands-on or practical exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Basic understanding of Power BI workspaces, reports, dashboards, access management, and workspace-level migration considerations.
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 / tenant concepts, user access, groups, permissions, and environment-level configuration is preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate migration activities, track dependencies, and follow established migration procedures/support instructions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a structured and professional manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in tenant-to-tenant migration or carve-out / separation projects.
  • Experience with Power Platform admin center, Power BI admin/workspace settings, connectors, DLP policies, and access/permission validation.
  • Experience preparing migration trackers, issue logs, validation checklists, and status reports.
  • Prior consulting or customer-facing project experience in Japan.

Langauge Required: Business level Japanese and Business level English proficiency
