Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Solution Discovery, Standard Conformity Workshop, Architecture Design for Japanese expansion
- Strengthen global templates and introduce Japan localization
- Act as design authority, approve deviations, ensure governance compliance
- Define integrated architectures for SAP and non-SAP systems (MES, PMC, legacy, third-party tools)
- Liaise with Japanese business stakeholders, global process owners, and IT leadership
- Drive roll-out across Blueprint, Build, Test, Cut-Over, and Go-Live stages
- Ensure compliance with Japanese statutory, auditing, and control requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Strong global template governance and architecture decision-making
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA best practices
- Ability to articulate complex architecture decisions to senior leadership
- Proven achievements in multi-vendor global deployment programs
- Experience in Large Manufacturing/Automotive
- Strong knowledge of Japanese manufacturing standards
- End-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture
- Expertise in MM, Procurement, AP modules for automotive scenarios
- Deep knowledge of P2P processes:
- Consumables Procurement, Import Procurement, Source Determination, Demand Flow, ST
- Auto A/C Determination, Auto PO Conversion, Price Control, Output Determination
- Batch Management, Third Party Subcontracting, Serialization, Consignment, Pipeline
- Invoice Planning, Evaluation Receipt Payment, EDI integration, LSMW/BDC data transfer
- Interface management: IDOCS, API/Data, EDI, flat files, CPI/PI/PO
- Ability to create configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, and functional specs
- SAP MM essential for EWM integration
Langauge Required: Native level Japanese and Business level English proficiency
