Your team
You will join a small team of three people working on a shift schedule. The team has great teamwork and a friendly atmosphere. Beginners will receive careful training, so you can start with confidence. The work environment is positive, friendly and collaborative. Your expertise
• Experience creating presentations (PowerPoint), preferably in banking or professional services
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with strong attention to detail and design; PhotoShop skills are a plus (having any one of these would be ideal)
• Ability to communicate in Japanese and basic English (fluent English is not required)
• Flexible working hours – candidates who can accommodate slightly shifted schedules (e.g., early mornings, afternoon shifts, or night shifts) are highly welcome
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- PowerPointを用いた資料作成、またはプレゼンテーションデザインのご経験（例：営業資料、提案資料、マーケティング資料、ピッチ資料など／ポートフォリオ歓迎）
- レイアウトや視覚的な分かりやすさを意識し、情報を整理できる方
- 細部まで丁寧に仕上げられる方
あると望ましい経験：
- コンサルティング、事業会社、マーケティング、クリエイティブ領域でのご経験
- Adobeツール（Illustrator、Photoshop、InDesign）の使用経験
