単なる製品説明にとどまらず,顧客の製造現場が抱える課題を深く理解し,最適な構成•活用方法を導き出す「技術の目利き役」として,プロダクトアプリケーションエンジニア部門のマネージャーの下,営業チームメンバーと二人三脚で活動いただきます。前任者からの引き継ぎのため,早期に活躍いただける環境が整っています。

Key Responsibilities
(主な業務内容)
- 顧客(製造業の設計•生産技術•調達部門など)を訪問し,設計思想や技術要件,現場課題をヒアリング•分析する
- ヒアリング内容をもとに,HMI製品の最適な構成•仕様を検討し,適合性評価•デモンストレーションを実施する
- 技術提案資料を作成し,営業担当者と同行または単独で顧客へプレゼンテーション•技術説明を行う
- 製品仕様,構成可否,代替案に関する技術的な問い合わせに,営業担当者やチャネルパートナー(販売代理店) の-次窓口として対応する
- 商談で得た顧客の声•現場ニーズを社内の技術開発部門,品質部門,SCM(サプライチェーン)部門へフィードバックし,提案力•製品力の向上につなげる
- 提案テンプレート,構成標準,FAQ,教育資料を整備し,営業チーム全体の提案スピードと質の底上げに貢献する
Required Qualifications
(必須要件)
- FA(ファクトリーオートメーション)業界,または電気•電子•機械関連製品における技術営業•アプリケーションエンジニアリングの実務経験(目安5～7年)
- 電気•電子•機械等の工学分野に関する基礎知識,または同等の実務経験
- 技術提案資料の作成およびプレゼンテーションの実務経験
- 営業部門•顧客と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り,粘り強く課題解決に取り組める対人スキル
- 日本語:ネイティブレベル(ビジネス文書•商談での折衝を含む)
- 英語レベル:ビジネス文書の読み書きができ,海外拠点とのメール•簡易な会話ができるレベル(目安)
Preferred Qualifications
(歓迎要件)
- HMI,PLC,シーケンサ,タッチパネルなど産業用制御機器•ラダープログラムに関する知識•実務経験
- メーカーまたは商社での法人営業•技術営業経験
- チャネルパートナー(販売代理店)とのリレーション構築•協業経験
- 提案プロセスの標準化,FAQ整備,社内教育•OJTの実施経験
- 製造業•産業オートメーション業界での就業経験
