• Create and maintain a Japanese product/service roadmap with short-term (quarterly) and long-term(2 years) Japanese product/service goals, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing and commercial teams to oversee the development and launch of new features, including tech alliance with enterprise partners.
  • Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our users and clients, translating insights into Japanese product/service features and improvements.
  • Use metrics and feedback to assess the success of product /service features, making data-driven decisions to iterate and improve the platform.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies that can influence the Japanese product/service strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of work experience as a Product Manager
  • New business start-up experience
  • Ability to prepare documents such as proposals, requirements documents, and other related documents
  • Experience working with engineers, designers and sales
  • Fast learner, execution-oriented
  • Japanese and English: Professional Level
