＜部門について＞
頭部と脊椎の疾患に対する治療機器と手術支援機器を提供するクラニアル&スパイナルテクノロジーズ（CST）は脊椎疾患の治療に用いる脊椎内固定器具（ねじ）や椎間板ヘルニアなどの治療に用いる内視鏡などの機器を提供する部署であるSpine Hardware & Biologics / Interventionalと手術用ナビゲーションシステム、2D透視や3D画像の撮影機能を備えたX線画像装置などを提供する部署であるCranial and Spine Platforms and Solutionsで構成されております。
＜業務内容＞
事業戦略に則り、新製品上市及び新製品を普及させるためのプランを策定し実行する。
将来的な製品パイプラインを策定する。
日本人医師のカスタマーニーズを特定し、それらを米国本社の新製品開発に反映させるべく米国本社担当者と連携を図る。
新製品の薬事申請に伴う薬事部門との協働及び新製品の発注に伴うサプライチェーン部門との協働。
担当製品の販売状況を分析し、将来的な販売計画（forecasting）を立てる。
営業部門およびサプライチェーン部門と連携し、担当製品の在庫の最適化を図る。
担当製品のKOL（キーオピニオンリーダー）との関係を強化する。
担当製品に関する各種会議（社内関係者及びPMDA等の社外関係者との会議）への出席及び主要な学会への参加。
各種販促資材（製品のカタログ、手技書等）の作成。
各種イベントの企画立案及びイベント実施時に担当者としてイベントをリードする。
