About the role:
As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to deliver in-depth treasury process and product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during day-to-day operations.
What you will be doing:

• Provide white glove customer service for FIS software to treasury professionals.
• Support and take on operational items as clients require and contract permits.
• Research client issues and questions and work with other FIS teams to resolve customer items. 
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action or engage necessary technical and product teams to assist.
• Document customer information as required to support resolution in a timely manner. 

What you will need:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of treasury, finance or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
• The ability to work independently
• You are an excellent communicator and strong problem-solver
• Knowledge of FIS products a plus
