Position Summary
Delivering seamless PC Lifecycle Services requires more than project management expertise. It demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on Customer Success.
As a Project Manager within our Lifecycle Services Management team, you will lead end-to-end PC Lifecycle programs that enable modern workplace experiences. You will be accountable for both Service Transition and ongoing Service Delivery, partnering closely with Customers, internal teams, and strategic Service providers to drive execution, mitigate risks, and ensure stable, high-quality Services that deliver measurable business outcomes.
In addition, you will provide leadership to the Managed Services team, fostering collaboration and operational excellence while supporting exceptional Customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
Lead Service Transition activities for Client Device Lifecycle Services across Japan and, where required, APJC countries, from contract signature through Service deployment and operational readiness, ensuring a seamless Customer experience.
Develop and govern project plans, managing dependencies, constraints, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful program outcomes.
Partner with Customers, internal teams, strategic Service partners, and global cross-functional teams to drive execution, resolve issues, and deliver against business objectives.
Build trusted relationships with Customers, Services partners, and key stakeholders, promoting transparency, accountability, and effective communication throughout the engagement.
Following Service Transition, assume accountability for ongoing Service Delivery as a Services Delivery Manager, ensuring Service stability, SLA attainment, continuous improvement, and Customer Satisfaction.
Provide leadership to the Managed Services team and contribute to global programs and strategic initiatives that drive innovation across PC Lifecycle and Modern Workplace Services.

Essential Requirements
10+ years of program and project management experience, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, and executive-level engagement.
Experience working with global projects or programs, collaborating effectively across regions, cultures, and time zones.
Demonstrated leadership experience leading teams and driving results in a matrixed environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Business-level English proficiency and native-level Japanese language skills.
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Experience managing End User Computing (EUC), PC Lifecycle, Workplace Services, or related IT services is preferred.
Knowledge of Modern Workplace technologies and solutions, including Microsoft 365, Intune, endpoint management, and cloud-based workplace environments.

責任範囲（Responsibilities）
日本国内および必要に応じてAPJC地域におけるClient Device Lifecycle ServicesのService Transitionをリードし、契約締結後からサービス導入、運用開始までを推進しながら、シームレスなCustomer Experienceを実現する。
プロジェクト計画の策定・管理を行い、依存関係、制約事項、リスク、およびステークホルダーの期待値を適切にマネジメントし、プログラムの成功に導く。
お客様、社内チーム、サービスパートナー、およびグローバルのクロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、プロジェクト推進、課題解決、およびビジネス目標の達成をリードする。
お客様、サービスパートナー、および主要ステークホルダーとの信頼関係を構築し、透明性の高いコミュニケーションと強固な協力体制を推進する。
Service Transition完了後はServices Delivery Managerとして継続的なService Deliveryに責任を持ち、サービスの安定運用、SLA達成、継続的なサービス改善、Customer Satisfactionの向上を推進する。

必須要件（Essential Requirements）
10年以上のプログラム／プロジェクトマネジメント経験（計画立案、ステークホルダーマネジメント、経営層とのコミュニケーションを含む）
グローバルプロジェクトまたはプログラムへの参画経験があり、異なる地域・文化・タイムゾーンをまたいで円滑に業務を推進できること
マトリックス組織においてチームをリードし、成果創出を推進した経験
優れたコミュニケーション能力、文書作成能力、およびプレゼンテーション能力を有し、組織内のあらゆるレベルのステークホルダーに対して影響力を発揮できること
ビジネスレベルの英語力およびネイティブレベルの日本語力
PMP資格（Project Management Professional）または同等の資格を保有していることが望ましい
EUC（End User Computing）、PC Lifecycle、Workplace Services、または関連するITサービスの経験があれば尚可
Microsoft 365、IntuneなどのModern Workplaceソリューション、およびクラウドベースのワークプレイス環境に関する知識
