スキル・資格
Required Experience & Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience demonstrating expertise in corporate talent acquisition, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and/or agency recruitment environments.
• Proven track record of delivering results with tangible success, supported by positive references that speak to your impact and contributions.
• Experience in successfully managing multiple searches and hiring projects for clients, showcasing your ability to handle diverse recruitment challenges.
• Capability and hands-on experience in direct communication and collaboration with client stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs and expectations.
Additional Skills and Experience:
• Experience of working in a start-up environment.
• We welcome hiring experience in other industries and areas.
Required Language Skills:
• Japanese: N2 or above Certification. Able to Read, Write and Speak.
• English: Able to Read and Write. Or have TOEIC score above 650.
業務内容
In this role, you will be:
• Efficiently manage an active program, ensuring that all project needs are addressed, and deliverables are consistently met.
• Partner effectively with internal stakeholders and collaborate closely with talent acquisition and HR team members to achieve program goals.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact our clients' businesses, maintaining a smooth and uninterrupted workflow.
• Create comprehensive KPI plans for the RPO recruiting team, aligning them with program objectives.
• Analyze key deliverables to guarantee adherence to client timelines and maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular one-on-one performance reviews with each recruiter to provide feedback, manage workloads, and enhance productivity.
• Consolidate and organize deliverables data for review by RPO management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Schedule regular check-in meetings with client partners to review performance against service level agreements, address concerns, and strengthen client relations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, fostering an environment of cooperation and collaboration.

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
