Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end Guidewire Suite projects, managing planning, execution, risk resolution, and overall delivery across the full system development lifecycle.

Annual Salary: 8 million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire system development process for Guidewire Suite projects
• Develop and manage project plans in collaboration with business partners and shared service
• Apply project management processes and lead and manage the IT programme team
• Resolve project issues and manage risks
• Conduct project meetings and track progress
• Ensure that vendor performance meets contractual specifications and SLAs without issue
• Provide technical and analytical support to project team members

Qualifications:

• Experience of working on projects for Japanese clients on the vendor side (5+ years)
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Proficiency in project management concepts and SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with local delivery teams to resolve client challenges

Desired profile:

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• PMP certification with experience in Agile/Lean methodologies
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud

Language Requirements: Native level Japanese with Business English conversation skill.Other languages: Chinese (preferred)
