Job Qualification:
- Experience in IT industry (SI, package vendor) system construction using packages or Java, etc., and more than4 years as a project leader or project manager
- About 3 years of upstream process experience (customer negotiation, requirements definition)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global projects and offshore development
- Broad knowledge of IT technology
- Holding PM-related qualifications (such as PMP, IPA PM exams)
- English proficiency (about TOEIC650 points or higher)
- Communication in English and, Interest in offshore development
- Management of CMS/workflow-related system projects
- Experience in requirements definition (Sitecore, ServiceNow, Drupal, etc.)
- Experience utilizing offshore (experience in Indian offshore is a plus)
- Experience at a consulting firm
Language skills: Native level Japanese and Conversational English level
