Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross functional programs/projects to deploy new EC platform/service with connecting related other systems including third party solutions keeping UX, UI quality and sales as existing EC sites
  • Migrate existing features/data to new EC platform smoothly by localizing them leading related parties such as local/zone IT/business, supply chain, Call Centre, digital, CRM, brand teams in addition to foreign system vendors, creative agencies, and 3rd party solution vendors
  • Enhance owned EC platform continuously to improve sales and UX after implementation including optimization of site ergonomic / e-merchandizing: catalogue, promos, testing, new parts on the site, in link with the marketing plan
  • Act as technical/technology guardian in supporting e-Biz team to accelerate the D2C business growth
  • Track and measure site & Business performance to increase programs ROI
  • Facilitate new technology, tools and partners deployment to improve own e-commerce platforms performance
  • Coordinate closely with Brand, Digital & CRM teams in country
  • Coordinate closely with Regional & Local IT and Supply Chain teams
  • Coordinate closely with Regional Digital & Brand headquarter team

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in leading cross functional program/project managements for B2B/B2C system/service deployment
  • Core project management skills, risk management, error management, change request management
  • Team management Skill: management experience at least more than 3 members and guide/train the member if any intervention is required
  • Translating business requirements of E-commerce system to convey to system vendor to correctly deploy and to maximize performance
  • Specialty of EC management system or platform, and web analytics/tag management tools, it would be appreciated if she/he has Sales Force Commerce Cloud (SFCC) knowledge and experience
  • Experience launching EC sites including people management
  • Experience working with IT teams in digital platforms plus
  • Strong communication skill in English with various parties
  • Experience in E-Business user experience and user interface
  • Experience across multiple Digital channels including search, social, email, display, video etc
  • Sensitivity toward details
  • Agility and flexibility in complex situation
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly collaborative personality
  • Luxury brand business fit and understanding
  • Experience of D2C e-commerce business operation, technical account management, customer care, supply chain related operation are plus
  • Experience of AGILE development scheme is plus
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java script is plus
  • Demandware experience is plus
  • People/Team Management experience is plus
  • Professional career in FMCG industry is plus
  • Strong (near-native) Japanese skills, with business-level English skills
